Refund policy
We recommend you familiarize yourself with our return policy before initiating a return with us.
We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days from the date of the purchase to return the items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide order number and packing slip, receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not encourage buy to return. If the item has any signs of use including but not limited to perfume, makeup, stains, snags, or it's altered, stretched, or washed, it is not eligible for a return and will not be refunded.
Return Procedure
1. Contact us via shop@houseoflebied.com and tell us about your request. You may start a self-return by going to our website and logging in into your account.
2. Once your return is accepted we will send you the address of our return center.
3. We offer a $14.99 flat rate return shipping label which will be deducted from your refund or you may ship it back on your own via USPS ground advantage with tracking number.
4. Orders placed via Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and any other platform, must be shipped back on your own via USPS ground advantage with tracking number.
5. Email us the tracking number after you have returned the item(s) to approve and track your package.
6. Exchanges: Unused items may be exchanged for another size, color, or style. Contact us to request an exchange at shop@houseoflebied.com Item's return shipping and re-shipping costs are responsibility of the customer.
7. The exchange or refund will be processed within 2 working days once we have received the item(s). The refund time depends on the payment method:
(1) PayPal refunds may take up to 3-5 working days.
(2) Credit card refunds will take around 7-14 working days. The specific time depends on your credit card company and any intermediaries.
Note:
1. The Package must be restored to the unopened state.
2. Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
3. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. If the item has clear signs of use, there will be no refund.
4. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
5. The returned package must be printed and accompanied by the order print slip.
6. Package must be sent to the address that House of Lebied provides by email.
7. Customer is responsible for all return charges including return shipping costs and restocking fee.
8. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
9. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: occasion items (such as sequin pants, sequin skirts or sequin dresses), final sale items, gift cards and personal items (such as swimwear). No exceptions.
10. Final Sale. No exchange or return or amendments on promotional items or last-chance items.
11. Customers are responsible for any delivery problems caused by shipping to the wrong address or if package is lost or stolen once it shows delivered on tracking information by USPS at their porch, mail box or shared mailing area.
Send the items back, packed safely, with tracking information and insurance. Keep the tracking information safe. A damaged or lost return will result in an unaccepted refund.
13. Items purchased at a store selling House of Lebied merchandise can be returned only to that store.
14. Late Returns: Returns initiated after 19 days of order will not be accepted. If more than 10 business days have passed since we accepted your return and we have not received the unused item, it will be canceled and no returns will be accepted after that.
15. We accept USA domestic returns only. We do not accept international returns including Canada.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like occasion items (such as sequin pants, sequin skirts or sequin dresses), final sale items, gift cards and personal items (such as swimwear). No exceptions.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
International Customers As the responsibility for international customs all duties and local fees, tariffs or extra expenses, lie with the customer and are not refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We will discount the return shipping label fee of $14.99 unless you paid for your own label for USPS Ground Advantage with tracking number, and restocking fees of 15%. We do not refund original shipping charges. We accept USA domestic returns only. We do not accept international returns including Canada.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, check, or credit. Please treat the gift card like cash; if the gift card is lost or stolen it will not be replaced. Redeemable only for goods and services not exceeding the remaining credit balance on this card.
